Vetta Wheelcare
Regular wheel servicing is essential for maintaining optimal performance and safety while cycling.
Begin by checking the tyre pressure, ensuring it aligns with the manufacturer's recommendations, as under-inflated tyres can lead to increased wear and reduced handling.
Next, Inspect the rims for any signs of damage, such as dents or cracks, and clean the braking surfaces (Disc rotors) to prevent reduced braking efficiency.
Additionally, regularly check spoke tension; loose spokes can lead to an untrue wheel, whilst overtightened ones may cause rim distortion.
Finally, lubricate the hubs and bearings as needed, paying attention to any unusual noises that may indicate the need for further adjustment or servicing. Keeping wheels in top condition enhances the overall ride quality and prolongs their lifespan.
We always recommend finding a proficient and qualified local bicycle mechanic or shop to carry out this work if necessary. We will always be happy to carry out any service work needed ourselves, just ask!
Warranty
Vetta offers a 3 year warranty on our wheels to ensure customer satisfaction and product integrity. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and structural failures under normal use, providing peace of mind for our community. The duration of the warranty is 3 years on major wheel components, rims and hubs. It is important for our customers to carefully review the terms and conditions associated with the warranty, including any limitations or exclusions, such as damage caused by misuse or accidents. Keeping proof of purchase and adhering to maintenance guidelines (which we provide above) can help in the event of a claim. Please register your warranty within 30 days of purchase, via the La Vetta membership account.
3-year warranty to all major wheel components. Rims and hubs.
6-month warranty to consumable parts. Bearings, spokes, nipples and freehubs.
Vetta will inspect all warranty claims to ascertain fair usage.
Damage caused by an accident will be covered by our crash replacement scheme.
Crash Replacement Scheme
The Vetta Cycling Crash Replacement Scheme offers peace of mind for cyclists. In the unfortunate event of an accident, customers will benefit from a hassle-free process that allows for the replacement of damaged gear. This scheme is designed to provide support and assurance, ensuring you can quickly get back on your bike. Please submit your request for crash replacement within 7 days of a crash, via the La Vetta membership account.

Unfortunate accident happens, don’t panic.

Describe what has happened including pictures, package and box up your wheels.

We will arrange collection of the wheels.

We will always endeavour to safely repair or rebuild your wheels if it is possible, however if it needs scrapping then we will do this responsibly.

We will give you 30% off any product that is needed to repair or replace the wheels.

We will ship the wheels back to you, it is as simple as that!
Returns….
Vetta Cycling offers a 14-day right to return policy, allowing customers to shop with confidence. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. This policy ensures that customers can evaluate their gear and apparel in real-world conditions, ensuring the right fit and functionality before making a final decision. The process is straightforward, designed to make returns as hassle-free as possible, reaffirming Vetta Cycling's commitment to customer satisfaction.

Customers are required to register their wheels for warranty via the La Vetta member account within 30 days of purchase, providing all required information. Vetta Cycling Ltd has the right to reject warranty claims without prior full registration within the timeframe required.
The terms and conditions are what is contained here. Customers must respect our wheel care instructions which are the underpinning aspect of our warranty written above. All warranty claims will be checked against these instructions.
Any customer who wants to follow through on their warranty has the right to do so by following the instructions above by submitting their warranty claim form. with a request to open a warranty and giving the specific reason within.
The customer also has the right to return any product in the first 14 days after purchase following the instructions above.
In the case of a crash, please follow the crash replacement instructions given above. Customers are required to submit crash replacement requests via the La Vetta member account within 7 days of the crash. Vetta Cycling Ltd has the right to reject crash replacement claims without full registration within this timeframe required.
